Every third Saturday of each month at the Liberty Palace in Milan, Park sailors of Italy is held Earth Market. These farmers' markets that follow the guidelines of the Slow Food philosophy. On this occasion, 50 local producers from the Milan South Agricultural Park and agricultural areas of Bergamo, Como, Lecco, Lodi, Monza and Brianza, Pavia within a radius of 40 km from the city, will present their quality products directly to consumers at fair prices and ensuring sustainable production methods for the environment.
Slow Food is an international association that promotes a culture of quality food and guarantees everyone the right to a food product in a way that respects the environment, animal welfare and human health, rightly paid to the producers and sold to an affordable price.
