Our friend the Advanced Diver Flag Ruver authored the phrase winner of the contest launched by the Cultural Club of the Sea of \u200b\u200bCeara in August 2010! Ruver received his award, the book "Narcosis - stories of divers and a kit of the Sea of \u200b\u200bCeará, in this last Wednesday during a talk organized by AMAC.
